Hello, My iTunes Match subscription expires in mid-June and I already have zero account balance. When is the exact moment to change my account country and payment method? I am afraid of loosing my content.

Regarding your song files, make sure you have a copy of each one downloaded to your computer and on at least one backup. Otherwise, you will indeed lose content.
