I have an iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15.4.1, randomly sending calls to voicemail. There is no rhyme or reason to who it sends or when it sends them. I see the call flash up on the screen and then it is gone. It happens over and over sometimes, but sometimes it is fine. I have checked all the recommended things to check and nothing has changed it. I am really frustrated with the situation. I need help.

This exact thing happens to me. I have tried 2 different iphones (7 and 8), and it has happened with both of them. I have also tried 2 different sim cards. The carrier can't find an issue on their end and said that this has happened on older iphones due to a problem with the sim reader? I don't know what else to try!
Thanks for your reply. I have checked all of these things. It isn't that I don't hear it ring. It's that it doesn't ring long enough for me to answer it. It flashes across the screen and then goes straight to voicemail. I've even called it myself from a land line and I know for sure it immediately goes to voicemail as if I declined the call.
