Accidentally Deleted Mac OS, Stuck on Windows BootCamp

So essentially what happened was I got on the Mac and started exploring around and saw that it had limited game support, I looked up if there was an alternative way to play games and then found out the mac comes with BootCamp, so I installed BootCamp and used that for awhile to play games then eventually realized I had too little space for the games I wanted to download, so I started to mess with the Disc Utility and I'm pretty sure that I deleted the main partition that carried the Mac OS not knowing that it was the main part(See picture below for reference). So now I was desperately trying to figure out how to get back to the Mac OS part and tried all the different methods to get back.

When that didn't work I just looked up how to recover it, I tried to access the Utility while booting up but it never showed anything when I tried to boot it up. I tried booting up through a USB but it would just show an error. I've run out of Ideas and need help. I just wanted to say that I do have access to windows 10 at this moment and I'm using it to write this thread but it's the BootCamp Windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated, TYSM!!

Follow the best advice from @ku4hx:

build you a bootable installer for MacOS.

Since you don't have an accessible MacOS, you will have to borrow one from your friends to build this USB bootable MacOS.

Be careful to make a bootable key from the version of MacOS you were running on your Mac.

I have also to stress one key point from @ku4hx:

Windows can neither see nor manage the MacOS volume, you have to attack the problem from the MacOS side which is

able to see and manage all kinds of volumes.

Next path of recovery to try:

if you have a correct Internet connexion, but not protected by any kind of firewall, you can try to run an Internet recovery:

Use macOS Recovery on an Intel-based Mac - Apple Support

Since it's not always practical nor really safe to connect a Mac in a network without any firewall protection I won't recommend this path but rather the 1st one. By the way, one day or another an USB bootable MacOS will save your Mac and perhaps your professionnal life.

If you destroyed your OS, accidentally or otherwise, you have to reinstall macOS. However, I can't visualize a situation where a Mac's OS has been removed and yet the Mac still operates at all. Maybe because I've just never thought about even trying that.

Just be sure you're installing it onto the correct drive: Macintosh HD. You can't look at the drive using the above shown Windows utility and know what to do, you need to approach this from the Mac side of the equation. Hence the link to install your OS of choice. That OS can't be any earlier than what it came with.

I'll be honest, I'm not really good with a lot of this tech sided stuff and don't really understand all of it but it seems that the link takes me to do stuff that you can only do using the mac portion of the this but I'm stuck on the BootCamp Windows side and can't go back. I've tried restarting and holding Option and it only shows "Windows" and that's it. I have a bootable USB with the MacOS but it doesn't download either, it just shows the error:2002
