Accidentally hid an app, tried hidden apps on AppStore to unhindered it, but it isn’t there?

In that case, it has been removed from your Home screen but is in the App Library. Search for it in the App Library. Touch and hold the icon and move it back to your Home screen.

Are you sure you didn't just delete the app from the screen of your phone? Have you looked in the App Library to see if it's still on your phone?

Reset the Home Screen Layout:

If widgets and apps are not working as they should, then you need to reset the Home Screen Layout...

Go Here: Move and Organize Apps on iPhone - Apple Support

You'd have to add back all the widgets that you can recall being back on there. So, write down what is currently on the Home Screen.

Scroll to: Reset the Home Screen and Apps to their Original Layout

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Reset
4. Tap: Reset Home Screen Layout
5. Then... Add the apps back

What happens when you hide an app in your purchase list

When you hide an app in your purchase list, it no longer appears in the list of your purchases that's in the App Store. The app will still appear in your complete purchase history in Settings. And if you use Family Sharing, family members can't redownload the app from your list of shared purchases.

Hiding an app won't remove it from your device, a family member's device, or other devices that are signed in with your Apple ID. If you want to remove an app from the Home Screen, customize the Home Screen on your iPhone.

New iCloud Session:

If you cannot download these, then log out of iCloud on your iPhone. Then, log back in. See if you can then access it?
