transfer from android to IOS has been stuck on 1 min remaining for 6 hours - what is the deal?

I have reset both phones - both are connect to strong wifi - both are plugged in and @ 100% - but the "move to IOS" has been stuck at 1 min for hours. I am on my third attempt, having reset each phone on the last attempt - There's not a lot of data to transfer, less than 1gig - any help?
