On your iPhone, go to Settings->Account(top of settings)->Subscriptions, find the relevant subscription you want to edit, and tap on it to open its details.
The details page should offer a selection of available subscription types or tiers you can choose form to update or modify your current subscription. Tap on the Family option if one is available to upgrade to.
