Mac Studio or laptop for hybrid work?

My workplace is mandating a hybrid work schedule working three times a week from the office. It's time for a new computer and apparently I'll be lugging it back and forth to work. I work heavily with Adobe Creative Suite -- Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver... Our IT team is pushing a Mac laptop connected to an external monitor. I've had my eye on the Mac Studio. Which would be the better option for a hybrid schedule, lugging it back and forth three times a week? Would the Mac Studio just be too heavy and awkward (and fragile) to lug back and forth?

Personally I would only use a notebook...

You pay dearly for the portability in a Notebook computer, and you also pay dearly for that lovely built-in display. The display is glass, and can break, because moving the computer about in a completely ordinary way applies multi-G force to the computer..

This chart from a review by Anandtech shows comparative graphics capabilities:

The base model Studio is an M1 Max. The high-end Mac studio is an M1 Ultra, which is said to be twice the GPU and twice the memory bandwidth of the M1 Max.
