My Cellular Data

What do I do when my cellular data isn’t working?? My phone is up to date but it keeps telling me that I need to update it. I can not make any calls nor send text messages and also I can not receive calls or text messages… why is that? What do i do???

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:
