My personal emoji that looks like me has disappeared from my Safari email account. Emoji keyboard is they’re just not the one that looks like me.

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We'd like to help. Just to clarify, what type of email account is it (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo)? How are you accessing your email account? Are you using Safari or an app like the Mail app? Are you referring to Memojis as explained in this article? Use Memoji on your iPhone or iPad Pro

If you're just not seeing Memojis in Messages, you'll want to make sure Memoji is still in your Favorites in the app drawer. This article explains how to check this: Use iMessage apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

1. From the app drawer, swipe left and tap the More button .
2. Tap Edit in the upper-left corner to do the following:

• To add an app to your Favorites, tap the Add button .
• To remove an app from Favorites, tap the Remove button , then tap Remove from Favorites.
• To reorder apps in the app drawer, touch and hold the gray lines , then move the apps in the order that you want.
• To hide an app, turn it off.

3. Tap Done.
