My itunes account has been disabled, how do I fix this?

The credit card attached to my I tunes account was deactivated because of some problems with it. I tried to put another one on my account but it was disabled, how do I fix this?

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
