Exercise ring

How do I recalibrate my watch? It is getting my times all wrong after a 30 minute walking it will say I did 3 minutes of exercise. Please help.

Exercise ring Apple Watch Hi - I have completed over 3 hours walking twice this week and my watch has only recorded 30 minutes or less of exercise although at the end of the workout my phone has recorded miles covered, time taken, calories burned etc What do I need to do to rectify ? Thanks
