How can I cancel a iCloud storage plan with an iCloud that no longer has devices connected to it? And with no PC?

I’ve got an Apple ID account that has iCloud storage plan. I know longer use this Apple ID and have had a new one for quite a few years. I have recently recovered that ID account so I can cancel the storage plan buy I don’t know how to do so. I have googled it and there is only instructions to do so if you have a device that’s connected to it or a windows pc. Please help
