How to download IOS 12 onmy iphone 7

The current iOS version is iOS 15.x.x.

iOS 12 cannot be downloaded and installed. The other thing to note is that an iPhone cannot be downgraded to a lesser iOS version. For example, if your iPhone 7 has iOS 15 then you cannot downgrade the iOS version 12/13/14.
