Featured Folder in Photos not there

The Featured folder that displays selected photos has disappeared over all my devices Mac, iPhone and iPad. The "for you" section only shows Memories or sharing suggestions. When I add the widget to the iPhone it shows "Memories" Any ideas? iPhone running 15.4.1 iOS - iPad up to date as well.

I've toggled off Photo's In ICloud settings - switched device off and on toggled photo's back on still no joy
