Flagged emails disappeared on iPhone

Have the emails themselves disappeared, or just the flags on the emails?

Have your flagged emails also disappeared from the server? You can check that by seeing if the mail is still available on the web. If the content isn't available on the web you may need to contact your email service provider for more information regarding this.
