how can i find where my iphone is at? i dont know if i have locator on.

Log into your iCloud account at https://icloud.com/find

If Find My is enabled, you should see it in the list and be able to track it if it has power and a data connection.

If it's not in the list at all, then Find My is not enabled and there's nothing you can do other than look for it the old fashioned way. Retrace your steps and see if you can find where you left it.
