Discord screen stream/share audio not working on Mac - Otherway around (when watching Stream)

Hello, my Problem is basically in the Subject. People on a Discord-Call cannot hear me when i watch someones Stream on Discord. Allthough the Sound-Settings remain unchanged and also while in Stream seem to be right (Auto-Voice-detection lights up green in the settings when i speak) the User-Icon Flickers green as if it was picking up something over and over, but i dont say anything. All i say wont be heard by the Call-Members if i am watching a stream.

Is this related to Montereys security settings?
