There is a limit to how many AppleIDs can be created on

a single device. Since you have run into that limit, you will

need to create the new AppleID on another device/computer.

Once created, you will be able to use that new AppleID on your

device (assuming the device is not currently locked to an AppleID)

If this is not what you are asking, provide more details so someone

may offer a solution.
