Apple Card Transaction Questions

  • Can you dispute transactions online instead of on your phone/iPad? If so, may I have the link or instructions on how to do so?
  • How far back can you dispute transactions? Asking because I started a dispute process with the company first to see if they would resolve my disputes but they have taken almost 90 days.

No, transactions cannot be disputed on the web. They must be disputed via a Required Device (iPhone, iPad). This is a part of the Apple Card Customer Agreement that you agreed to electronically when you accepted the offer from Goldman Sachs.


Account disputes are generally governed by state law, but usually fall within the 90 to 180 day range. In some states it may be longer.

My issue I’m having now is in messages it’s telling me “Sorry, but I'm not able to connect you right now. An Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs can help you over the phone at 877-255-5923” but I call the number and it says to use messages I’m so lost

been telling me for a week now

What type of phone are you using? I just tried chatting and phoning Goldman Sachs Apple Card support team and I connected both ways instantly.


If you call Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE and tell them you want to connect to Goldman Sachs Apple Card support, they can connect you.
