Apple Watch not booting

My Apple Watch is having a weird problem where it doesn’t want to charge, when I put it on the charger it gives a red, followed by a green snake and then tries to boot up with the Apple logo, it sits for 15 sec then the screen goes black and doing the reset just starts the process over again
