Access Apple ID without trusted device or access to email

Hi, How can you access iCloud storage without knowing the phone number or having access to the email. A friend of mine can’t get to her photos. She’s paying for additional storage via DD so can prove it’s her account. But the phone number linked to the account is really old and she can’t remember it and she’s never used the email. She logged out of everything while setting up her phone and is now completely locked out. They’re all her family photos so she’s understandably devastated. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Tried iforgot.appleid.com but without the phone number you can’t

do it.

If your friend is unable to access a trusted device or number, they will likely need to start account recovery. For more details on what account recovery is and how to start the process, check out the information below:

Account recovery is a process designed to get you back into your Apple ID account when you don’t have enough information to reset your password. Dija96,

Thank you for those details.

We would recommend she continue to work with Apple directly. She can check only emails to try and locate her previous account details.

She can get back in contact with them by going to Get Support

Thank you, we tried that but because she can’t remember the old number it wouldn’t work. She’s trying to track it down but it was from over 10 years ago so haven’t found it yet. Got through to apple support and they said without the number they can’t help.
