AirPods warranty is not showing purchase date.

Warranty check is not showing on apple portal of my device.

Correcting the Date:

Are you saying this should not be the case? If so, go here to fix that: Correct the Purchase Date or Expiration Date for your AppleCare Agreement - Apple Support
