FN as a button for changing the input language

I use two input languages ​​on the keyboard.

Please post these issues very seriously, because it is no longer possible to endure !!!!

1. Sometimes the FN button stops switching tongues.

2. This button switches tongues for a very long time. I mean that the animation of switching (a window with accessible languages) is constantly emerging and in order to start printing in another tongue, you need to wait for the window to close. It closes within 1 second - this is a very long time if you switch languages ​​many times per minute !!! Please make the functionality for the FN button as a combination of Control + Space so that you can quickly switch the tongue and not wait until this fucking window disappears?!
