Why can’t I save the number to forward my calls?

Call Forwarding is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.

At this point I have contacted Metro to no avail I have an Iphone 8plus and the number won't save and cancels out the call forwarding
