Will Apple consider an Iphone model without megsafe for users planted pacemakers?

Will Apple consider to design an Iphone model without megsafe for users planted pacemakers after Iphone12 and Iphone13 are produced? Currently the lasted model for those are Iphone11, what would be the choice if they want to replace it for a new Iphoen?
