Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities about the storefront alert.


This occurs when you are using a store that you are not set up to use, changed your country, or this can also happen with gift cards from other areas.


Please go through theses questions:


  1. Are you able to update your device or download free apps?

2. Are you using a VPN on your device, on your router, or access point? If yes, does it help if you disable your VPN and restart your device?

3. Have you had the chance to make sure that your Apple ID is set to the correct country or region? Change your Apple ID country or region
