Welcome to Apple Support Communities. If you have already set up Find My iPhone on the iPhone you have paired with your Apple Watch it is automatically enabled for your Apple Watch as well. If that is the case, you can use the guidance in If your Apple Watch is lost or stolen - Apple Support to locate it.
