Is Dropbox there and does it say all Photos?
If dropbox is not there you may need to uninstall and reinstall dropbox app.

Any app that need access to Photos will ask for it and you accept or otherwise..
if it does not ask for it, the delete and re-install should trigger it.
If it does not then contact Dropbox support to see how it is supposed to work.
when i plug in my charger, dropbox says there are new photos and it will take a while to import to dropbox and then another notice comes up from dropbox that says the phone is locked and the export cant happen. my phone is open and not locked from a locked screen perspective, but i have no idea how to unlock the phone for dropbox access. it seems to be a common problem online, but nothing i read helps
