I have having problem with my phone losing its charge. I called Apple on Wednesday, was referred to the Apple Store on Thursday, Friday same problem. I called Apple again, the first guy was really nice the second guy was rude. I am still having issues. My phone isn’t charging as fast as it should. I was told I had 89 percent on my battery. It is my option to purchase a new battery at my cost. Apple Care will not replace battery unless it gets to 80 percent.

Three days of a phone not holding a charge, spending $5 a gallon to drive to the store, what good is Apple Care????
