How can i copy a word document and paste in an email keeping the same format?

Why would you not simply attach the Word document to your email?

You can copy and paste body text from an MS Word document to an email, but the format is unlikely to be preserved. If you need to protect the format, simply attach the Word document to your email as an attachment.
