Perhaps your cellular provider has adequate facilities to help you with iPhone?

In some regions they are first in-line to assist, w/ most brands of cellular service.

This often is too sketchy for regular persons, who just want their stuff to work.

The cellular carrier would be expected to supply a replacement SIM card, & etc.
