Face ID iPhone unlock not available

FaceID to unlock my iPhone XS is no longer available. It’s available for wallet, auto fill, and other apps but grayed out for iPhone unlock and not able to turn on. Previously worked fine? Glitch in an auto update?

Try the following:

If that didn’t help, then try the following:

▷ Turn iPhone on or off.

▷ Force Restart iPhone.

If that didn’t work, get expert service and support at the Genius Bar.
