Cannot on my watch

Good day, for this morning my watch cannot on it, I was thinking is finish of battery, but I was try to recharge, but is no working (screen keep black screen) may I know if bring to ISTUDIO for repair (is under warranty) should I bring the original carton box or receipt over the shop ? kindly give me a call or whappss me if need more information from me. thanks
