No way to activate titanium card?!?! I don’t have anything that says “having trouble setting up your card “

I received a titanium Mastercard from Apple. To activate the card it was supposed to be as simple as “tapping” the package that it came in. That did not work. Secondly, I was supposed to go into the Wallet app and go under “more… having trouble setting up Apple Card”. There is absolutely no option for this on my phone. There is no others way to activate the card and Goldman Sachs blames Apple, Apple blames Golman Sachs.

Please make sure your iPhone is updated to the lasted iOS. If you’re iOS is current, please do a forced restart and follow the steps below.

If you don't have the Apple Card packaging

If you don't have the packaging that your titanium Apple Card arrived in, follow these steps to activate your card:

Open the Wallet app on your iPhone and tap Apple Card.
Tap the More button .
Under Titanium Card, tap Activate Your Card.
Tap "Having trouble activating your card."
Tap Do Not Have Card Packaging, then follow the instructions on your screen.
