I wanted to add my card to apple wallet but I keep receiving the push notification "Payment cards are not supported for this account". I've tried researching but I found no topics or help for this problem. Is there any way to fix this? I have the latest IOS software and my iPhone has an NFC reader.

Another thing to keep in mind is that you must meet the age requirement to use Apple Pay. If you are 13 years or older, you may want to double check the date of birth for your Apple ID is correct. If you need to update the date of birth on your account, please follow the steps outlined in article, Update the birth date associated with your Apple ID.

If their age is under 13 years old then they need to call Apple to change it.
