Help. It as been a long time since I used an Apple product (since first gen ipod?)
And now just tried getting an ipad, but problem begins. It is asking for answers to security questions (and I have forgotten all). How do I reset? Thank you :)
Thank you Lafeef. Tried that, did not work. Cos an answer to Security Question was still required to proceed.
Searched further down communities and found another tip that worked - sign out then sign in again, this time with 2-factor authentication. This seems to have worked, did not ask for Security Question.
