hi, i want to put my cd collection on my mb pro but do not use apple music, i don't want to get involved in subscriptions etc, just wondered if anyone has any suggestions as to the best way to do this, thanks.

A subscription to Apple Music is totally optional. You can still have a library of audio files in the Music app without a subscription.

There are a number of good CD drives available. The Apple one is certainly good but is on the expensive side. Check out bestbuy.com or your favorite retailer to see what is out there.
thanks for that ed2345, i will have a look at that and get my music sorted hopefully. is the apple usb
cd/dvd player any good and up to date or is a different brand any better??
