Icloud Email forwarding

Somebody is keep using my email address as their forwarding rule, and keeps subscribing on different sites, they accept by verification on his email address, and then any email to his email id automatically forwarding to my icloud account, I am fed up, my inbox is flooded, how many ids have I blocked
