how do I add medications to health app

You can add it to your Medical ID. If you are referring to the recently announce feature where you scan medications in that will be available this fall when iOS 16 is released.

Did you follow the instructions in the link you came here from? There is a section for it in the Medical ID, I have all mine there and thank you from reminding me that I need to add two additional ones.

Can't find it on my phone.
