Line 6 DL4 with Garageband

I'm pretty sure it will just plug/play, but my new DL4 will arrive soon, and I want to record my loops into GarageBand (MacBook Pro running Monterey) with a usb connection.

I hope the pedal will be a mic interface into GarageBand.

Does anyone who already does this have a caution/help they can offer?

Using garageband with two USB inputs I have a USB microphone and a USB guitar cable. I want to EASILY be able to use these two things to record the guitar and my voice at the same time in Garageband. I know there is a way to create a dual input using settings, but the Mac doesn't remember and I have to redo it each time and I can never remember how to do it. It is very frustrating, involves multiple steps, and by the time I get it set up I've lost my energy for recording. Is there an external mixer or something that will simply connect via USB to the computer and allow me to connect my USB inputs to it and that be that? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Rode NT1-A and Behringer UMC22 Hi! I just got the Rode NT1-A condenser mic and am using it with the Behringer UMC22 interface. However when I’ve tried to record on Garage Band there is no sound recorded, apart from any taps / movement of the mic wire. Do I need to download a driver? None of the options on Behringer seem to cater to my mac, but I was told it would all be compatible. Any help would be so appreciated!

USB recording LP to GarageBand on iMac Do I need a USB to lightning adapter to record to GarageBand on a 2019 iMac? The AT-LP20 USB turntable has a standard USB connector that isn't working on my iMac. Gotta bunch of LP's to transfer to MP3. Thanks! Greg
