Green charging snake on new Apple Watch
For a brand new apple watch it shows the green snake what shall i do keeping it charging or what?

That icon indicates that the battery is dead but charging. You can learn more about that here: If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on
If it's taking a while you may want to make sure that you are connected to a good power adapter and not a USB port on a computer. We hope this helps.
