Purchased by not downloadable?

A long while ago, I bought two songs off a regular album (they were my favorite songs off the album). Recently, I wanted to listen to the entire album but when I went to purchase it, I noticed there was a deluxe edition with extra songs and other stuff so I bought that instead. I was repaying for a couple songs, but got a bunch of other stuff and figured it was no big deal. But the two songs - my two favorite songs off the album - didn't download. There's not an option to download them either; in that spot where it just says 'purchased.' I did purchase them, with this album and not with this album, but either I did pay for them with this album so I'm not sure why I can't access them? And when I do tap on the three dots next to 'purchased' I just get a pop up for Apple Music. I don't want to cough up another $10/month, I want to two songs that should have come with the deluxe album. Anybody know how to fix this?
