Cloudfront is a content delivery service operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS). While AWS is owned by Amazon, the services that it provides to its business customers are not related to Amazon’s huge retail operation. As such, the presence (or not) of the Amazon App on your device has absolutely no influence upon the message that you see.

The “404” error code is standard error sent by a web server to indicate that the associated URL (the webpage) cannot be found. This usually indicates a “dead link”, content having been moved to different location - or in some cases is being blocked from being viewed. The reasons for content being blocked are many - and impossible to determine from the “404” error alone.

If you are able to contact the website operator/business that you are attempting to access, they may be able to provide information as to why you cannot access their website - or direct you to an alternative resource.
