iPhone 13 grainy display

I bought a new iPhone 13 2 days ago this Wednesday and I just noticed that the display is grainy for some reason. When I look up close and peer into the display I can see that it's basically the "pixels" or the "matrix" of the display that is causing this effect. Idk how I didn't notice it straight away but tbh these 2 days have been super hectic and busy. It's especially noticeable when I focus on the blank space between the sentences of a text that I am reading and scroll down and this grain is just there. And it's also super noticeable when I swipe left to the side menu (look on the photo) but also anytime I read on my phone

Is it normal? Do you guys have that issue as well?

I am really disappointed because on my iPhone 11 there is no such issue. I can see the pixels but only when I peer into the screen but at the normal distance it's just normal display. No grain.

Idk what to do... Is it normal?? I personally don't think so..

I payed 1500USD for it and I am kind of disappointed(512gb version in my country according to the current currency exchange rate)

I also noticed the display sometimes doesn't react to my touch. I thought it was because I have long nails but I didn't have such issue with iPhone 11. It was super quick, reacted to the slightest touch.

the grain I am talking about is basically like in the area I circled cause in the upper part of the picture, the camera emphasized it a bit and pictured the matrix that's causing the problem but in real life it looks more like the area where I circled.

I added more pics on google drive 🙏 You can see it better on there cause the quality isn't compromised https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xbG253_XcTbELX0vfRIUVPFH-vVBxnuU
