28 digits recovery key

I Never remember setup this thing am using mac for the last 12 years maybe.

I have IP 4 apple devices, an iPhone, MacBook Pro, MacPro, I watch, are physical devises, my email, my phone no, AND ALL THIS IS NOT EGNAPH to prove my Icloud locked I have important work documents, inside, all my devises know is factory locked. is unusable, tell me what is the solution. how I will use my devices know I don't have the F KEY. the solution for apple is root because I couldn't find another solution. I call customer support I went to I store. need a recovery key and the finest is that I know my iCloud login password (i forgot to change the language and I spend my trials) and I can not go around that key THIS is MAD if it was a clever idea steve jobs was going to do it, am waiting for your respond How I Use my devices again?
