Can I use my AirPods Pro while sitting in the hot tub as long as I don’t submerge my head?

The simple answer is yes. Air pods should be totally fine because you are not getting them wet. But I wouldn’t suggest that because there is a slight chance they could get wet which could damage the AirPods, but if you are just listening to something and the AirPods don’t get wet that is totally fine.
