Apple TV "Your account is disabled" WHY?!?

I'm getting the message "your account is disabled" when signing into Apple TV on my PS5. When I try to get help from Apple on the website I can't proceed unless I enter a serial number. I don't own any Apple products! Why the fuck do I need to enter a serial number to get support about an app login (Apple TV). The support process is absolute bullshit.

If you or someone else enters your password or other account information incorrectly too many times, then you will need assistance from Apple staff to continue. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/​email/​callback).
