Getting an Error?

If so, go here: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

At Least One Method of Payment:

You need to have at least one method of payment associated to your account. So, be certain that you have a Method of Payment. If not, it just wont go through, even if you have money in your Apple Account. Another option would be to get a Gift Card at a store, and you could add money to your account that way. It would be deducted from your Apple Account, and, once zeroed-out, its be deducted from your Method of Payment.
