Pair Watch don’t work

My Watch try to update but it is not possible because on Terms and Conditions I cannot tap agree.

I followed the instruction and try several times to pair. Update of watch always fail. The Terms and Conditions pop up quick and more quick disappear. Not possible to agree

what I can do?

Watch issues after pairing with new iPhone 13 pro max I’ve had two issues with my series 5 after pairing it with my new iPhone. issue 1: the time doesn’t update regularly. I’ll look at the watch and it’s the wrong time. I have to shake it to get it to update. Watch app wont pair. Watch set for a couple months dead and unused. Charged it up and it wanted to pair. When pairing wouldnt work, or anything else i found in the internet, I unpaired from iphone, i did factory reset on watch, erased watch app and redownloaded it. Attempted to pair but app keeps saying “unable to dwnld update”. Claims it can’t connect to the internet. What needs to be done to begin using this watch?

Watch keeps unpairing when trying to set up I have an old watch - not sure if it's a series 1 or 2 - that I'm trying to pair with iphone 12. Pairing starts off OK but after I get so far (which varies) it unpairs.

Try to update from the watch itself.

Restart the watch.

Place the watch on the charger.

Make sure that your watch is connected to wifi.

On your watch, open the Settings app.

Tap General > Software Update.

Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions.
