Pair Watch don’t work

My Watch try to update but it is not possible because on Terms and Conditions I cannot tap agree.

I followed the instruction and try several times to pair. Update of watch always fail. The Terms and Conditions pop up quick and more quick disappear. Not possible to agree

what I can do?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

Try to update from the watch itself.

Restart the watch.

Place the watch on the charger.

Make sure that your watch is connected to wifi.

On your watch, open the Settings app.

Tap General > Software Update.

Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions.
