Battery picture in middle of screen — how to get it off

How do we get the picture of a battery off of the screen ?

Connect the iPad to it's charger and cable to charge the battery. You will be seeing this screen if the battery has died beyond the point that it will no longer power on. You need to charge the battery for about 10 minutes or so until the battery has charged enough to be able to power the iPad on. After it has powered back on, leave it connected to the charger for a few hours to fully charge the battery.
